Rhinoplasty
I had a closed rhinoplasty done 8 days ago with Dr. Rios. I had minimal swelling and bruising. Today I have no bruising under my eyes anymore and my nose is looking amazing! Thank you to Dr. Rios and his awesome staff for their work during my rhinoplasty journey. I am extremely satisfied.
Primary Rhinoplasty with buccal fat removal
I got my first rhinoplasty with Dr. Rios August 2020 and although I didn’t see many testimonials on his page, I knew I could trust him with my nose. Immediately after surgery I felt no pain and saw no swelling. Over the next couple of days I got swollen and paranoid only to find out that it is completely normal to have swelling in your face on the third day. 7 days after surgery I got my cast off and completely hated my nose which is really funny because I loved it after the 3rd week. My nose was swollen for maybe 2 weeks and after that I could see how the shape would look after a year of the final healing rhinoplasty. The nurse in Dr. Rios showed me how to tape my nose, but I taped my nose a different way by looking at what other doctors did on YouTube. And the way I learned on YouTube, helps with the swelling go down dramatically and helps to see results quicker. I completely love my nose and have no complaints. Dr. Rios did his thing in the operating room, I would not recommend anyone else for rhinoplasty. It is now 7 months post op and I completely love my nose! My family members love how it looks completely natural, and my peers can tell that I did something to my face but no one can tell what it is. As for the buccal fat removal, my right cheek was swollen for a month. But it was completely worth it because now it really gives definition to my cheekbones.
NEW Tummy!
I had been thinking about getting a Tummy Tuck done since 2014! I had previously gotten a breast augmentation with Dr. Rios and I loved it. The only thing stopping me from doing my tummy tuck sooner was fear of the pain. I finally decided that I was going to get it and I am in LOVE with my results. I walked out without any pain thanks to Dr. Rios recommendation to use EXPAREL. I did not have any pain in the days after the surgery. I am back to work and still wearing my girdle. I would definitely recommend this procedure to anyone thinking about it!
Breast Reduction
I had already been here before, I had visited 3 different doctors before. I had been researching and seeking breast reduction for almost 3 years. Many doctors told me I would need to exercise. I tried but did not see much of a difference. Everything went smoothly the day of the surgery. When I woke up there was no pain whatsoever. I'm very happy with my results, my neck and back were hurting so much before and the pain is now gone. I am so happy and will definitely recommend Dr. Rios.

Breast Reduction and Lift
I had been doing research for over 2 years before getting my breast reduction and breast lift. I consulted with doctors in the Rio Grande Valley and in Houston and had not found one that made me feel comfortable enough to do the procedure. I thought that for a good surgeon I needed to travel outside of the RGV. FINALLY, I found Dr. Rios. His staff made me feel so welcomed. He made me feel comfortable and sure that I was in great hands. I got my surgery this spring and could not be happier with the results! I am happy I did not have to find a surgeon in Houston or outside of the valley because of my follow up appointments everything was so much easier!
Finally got Rhinoplasty!
I have wanted to get Rhinoplasty since I was in high school. I was very unhappy with the bump in the middle of my nose. I researched rhinoplasty surgeons for a very long time and I came across Dr. Rios. When I came in to his office the very first time I felt so welcomed and comfortable thanks to his amazing staff. I was convinced this was my surgeon when I met Dr. Rios. He was so nice to me, answered all my questions and made me feel like I was in great hands. The day of the surgery, Dr. Rios's nurses made me feel so at ease going in to the procedure. It was such a smooth process. I recommend Dr. Rios to all of my friends and family. Houston —> Edinburg | Breast Augmentation
About five years ago a friend of mine had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Rios. I was so impressed by her testimony and the outcome of the procedure that when it came time for me get my breast augmentation, without hesitation, I knew Dr. Rios was the choice. Even though I am located in Houston I knew it was worth the travel. Dr. Rios’ staff was extremely accommodating and helpful in minimizing the number of times I would need to travel there leading to my procedure. Upon meeting the Doctor and his staff I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and support. The outcome of my surgery exceeded my expectation and though I am cities away they have been available to answer all questions throughout my recovery. Best Decision of My Life!
As a mom of 3, my life has been dedicated to my kids and my husband. I finally was ready to do something major for myself and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I got a breast augmentation, liposuction and a tummy tuck with Dr. Rios and I'm so excited and beyond happy with my results! Not only was his work perfection, he and his staff were extremely attentive. If I had any concerns or needs, he and his staff didn't hesitate to see me in his office that same day to make sure everything was healing okay. He also used Exparel, and what a life saver this was! I had very minimal pain post procedure with these injection and I couldn't imagine getting surgery without it. I highly recommend Dr. Rios to anyone who is considering getting plastic surgery done! Exceeded My Expectations!
My experience with Dr. Rios was to say the least, AMAZING! I had been thinking of a tummy tuck for sometime. My youngest is 17yrs old. Made my spots and kept them all. Day of surgery I was feeling very nervous but his staff was by far the best I've encountered. They made me feel at ease and very comfortable I knew I was in great hands. Wouldn't Trade These Results for Anything
Dr Rios is an amazing surgeon. Finding a plastic surgeon was a headache. Most surgeons and or their staff made me feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. At Dr. Rios office I always felt comfortable and at ease. I didn’t hesitate to ask any questions nor did I feel I was just “another number”. I felt confident with my choice even before the procedure. After the procedure I looked like I did 10 years ago with a few enhancements ;) I got a tummy tuck as well as breast augmentation; I couldn’t have asked for better results or experience. Changed My Life!!
After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014, I underwent a double mastectomy. I went through a depression and wanted to feel comfortable in my skin again. I had already had a couple of procedures with Dr. Rios in the past and I knew he would be the one to turn to for my breast reconstruction surgery. After gaining some weight as part of the process, he did lipo and did a fat transfer, completely reconstructing my breasts. I wouldn't have trusted any other surgeon with this kind of procedure. This is why it's crucial to make sure you go to a board certified plastic surgeon! He truly changed my life!!

After having a consultation in corpus with another doctor, and 2 with Dr.Rios, I knew Dr. Rios was the surgeon I wanted to go with. I had upper and lower liposuction, a tummy tuck and fat injections to the buttocks. I haven't felt this confident in my own skin in years!! He also injected Exparel which really helped alleviate the pain without the use of opioids for three to our days. I'm a 52 year old women with the body of a 25 year old! Amazing Work!
I had been considering getting a tummy tuck for a while, and after two kids, I had a lot of excess skin that needed to go and it was so worth it, I am loving my results. My confidence has really gone up now that my extra skin has been removed, I am in love with my body.

I’m very happy with my overall experience. From day one of booking my consultation appointment to coming back for my post op appointments. My consultant was very thorough, explained and answered all my questions. I met with Dr. Rios and the CRNA, Chris before my surgery and they were very patient and every question I had got answered. Happy with tummy tuck
Very happy with my tummy tuck results with Dr. Rios. I didn’t have a drainage tube. The Exparel medicine took the pain away. I almost have no swelling at 7 weeks. The scar and belly button look great. Very satisfied and I wold recommend Dr. Rios to all my friends!
Tummytuck, breast augmentation and lipo
Today is my 10 week and 1 day post op and vey happy with my results Can’t believe time went by so fast. I’m 47 yrs old, i never expected the outcome I had. After age 42 I kept gaining weight a total of 25 lbs I contribute that to age and menopause. The thought of getting a tummy tuck and lipo crossed my mind when I started gaining weight but I was discouraged for fear of pain and having a big scar across my tummy not to mention having drainers from Tummytuck but before turning 47 I felt depressed and started searching for surgeons. I had several recommendations from friends, Surgeons from here and Mexico. To me, Mexico was out of the question. I read some reviews from other doctors but I was not satisfied with reviews. When I looked into Dr Rios, read all his reviews and I told myself he is the one to do my surgery if I decide to do it, and to my surprise his Facebook mentioned a painless Tummytuck and 3 days pain free medicine ( Exparel) That was a sign for me to go ahead. I scheduled my consultation appt oct 2018. My surgery was set for Jan 9 2019 As the date got closer I started getting scared again, fear of pain and scar. Day of surgery of coarse don’t remember but I got home at 10 pm. I felt swollen an unable to move not because of pain but because I felt tight and sore I can say I really never felt severe pain it was more a feeling of being uncomfortable. I needs assistance for a week helping me get up and walk around but not ur to pin but feeling tight I was given pain meds but I never took them every 6 hrs. I took them more like once at night because I would feel kind of exhausted by the end of day. I spent a lot of time in my recliner resting and walking a little as recommended. I’m healing beautifully. now I feel a little burning in my back here and there but it’s normal and it’s not painful. I do feel tightness in my stomach but no pain. I highly recommend Dr Rios, he took time to explain everything about procedures I regret not having this done years bef

My surgery with Dr. Rios went amazing. I had lipo of upper and lower back. Was not looking forward to the recovery period, but I had Exparel injected that helped with the pain tremendously. Was given Tylenol #3 and did not fill prescription. Used ibuprofen only. Will definitely recommend Dr. Rios. Have amazing results!

Thankful and beyond Happy!
I came to Dr. Rios for help because I had a ruptured implant from a breast argumentation 20 years ago. I was able to be seen the very next day my consult was extremely thorough and informative. Great peace of mind and exciting for the fact that I will I was able to use the new product SRX, which is a safer implant and the look and feel is even better than what I previously had. Dr. RIOS bedside manner was perfection! I felt immediately very comfortable and answered all of my questions which there were many. He was very patient, kind and encouraging. The surgery was a success and the nurses took such great care of me. I have since recommended him to family and friends and my best friend is going to get hers done as well with Dr. Rios. On my first doctor visit the nurses at Dr Rios were very informative, they treated me very nice and answered all the questions I had. The day of the surgery Doctor explained all the procedures that were going to take place during surgery. For my post op visits, Dr Rios examined me making sure everything was good before my dismissal. The staff is friendly and treats you very nice. I love my results. I recommend Dr. Rios.

Tummy Tuck Revision
This is my first review that I have done. I’m just 6 week post op and my results are amazing. Not only Dr. Rios, but his staff as well. He (they) answered all my questions and concerns that I had being it was going to be a revision.
This is my second surgery and I love it
I’m happy with the results. The staff was great. This is my second surgery and I love it. The staff was amazing, they made me feel very comfortable. When I had questions they were answered, the staff went above and beyond to help me. Even before my surgery I got a little illness and they sent a prescription over to a pharmacy near me. Over all excellent experience.
Botox From The Best!
I have been getting Botox from Dr. Rios' office for almost 10 yrs. I love the staff, the availability of appointment times and of course the expert injector Audrey. She is the most professional, knowledgable and honest esthetician I have yet to meet. If you are looking to get a professional's opinion on Botox and what you may need or even not need, Dr Rios' office is the place to go. I trust them completely.

Male Chest Correction
After thinking about getting surgery on my chest for a few years I made the best decision I could have by visiting Dr. Rios and his team here in Edinburg, TX. I had worked with a personal trainer for 2 years and the results were not symmetrical. This led me to start the search for additional help. 6 week post op breast lift with implants
6 weeks post op!!! So happy and excited for my new look!! Dr Rios really understood my vision from the beginning - I wanted and needed a breast lift w implants. The outcome was more than I expected and very happy about the results! I did get to see a glimpse of myself before surgery since he has the 3D imaging, but I can honestly say it was better! Dr Rios advised me to get a smaller size to get better results for my body specifically and at first I was hesitant, but now I know he knows BEST!!! The entire staff was extremely informative, and helpful. It was an amazing experience overall.
