36 year old female 2 months after breast augmentation. She has two children. Her height is 5 feet 5 inches and her weight is 155 lbs. She was a 34 B before surgery and a 34 D after surgery. Her left breast was larger, so two different implants were used. The patient had Allergan High Profile Smooth Round Gel Implants R=475 and L=450 placed under the muscle through a breast fold incision.
