41 year old female 6 weeks after a breast augmentation with Natrelle Inspira Smooth Round Gel 485 cc Full Profile Implants under the muscle and through a breast fold incision. Her height is 5 feet 5 inches and weight is 152 lbs. She has two children. She was a 34 B before surgery and 34D after surgery. Her preop Vectra 3D imaging showed the left breast was 35cc's larger. The same size implants were used to maintain symmetry in the upper breast.
