Safety & Complication Coverage

Your protection begins automatically. All surgical patients are automatically enrolled in CosmetAssure, providing coverage for unexpected surgical complications and eligible related medical expenses. There is no separate signup and no additional administrative process required. This safeguard reflects our commitment to responsible, transparent surgical care and proactive oversight.

Revision Assurance

Healing is a process, and accountability matters. If a medically necessary revision is required within 12 months of your procedure, Dr. Rios waives his surgeon’s fee. Patients remain responsible only for facility, anesthesia, or implant-related costs. This assurance does not apply to preference-based changes or cases involving non-adherence to post-operative guidelines.

ScarCare & Healing Support

Refined results benefit from intentional healing. All surgical patients are automatically enrolled in our scar optimization and healing support program. Our scar optimization program includes:

Silicone therapy protocol: Medical-grade silicone recommendations with defined timelines and protective guidelines to encourage optimal scar maturation.
Targeted steroid therapy: Up to two injections included when clinically indicated to reduce raised or thickened scar tissue.
BroadBand Light (BBL) scar refinement: Up to two sessions included if needed to improve tone and texture during the remodeling phase.

Comfort & Recovery Support

Recovery should feel supported and clearly directed. Eligible patients may receive Exparel®, a long-acting anesthetic formulated to provide up to 72 hours of enhanced comfort. Non-narcotic pain management strategies are integrated into individualized recovery plans whenever appropriate, and 24/7 on-call access ensures that questions or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
