46 year old female who is 6 weeks after a breast lift and breast augmentation. She has Allergan Inspira smooth round gel 615cc SRX implants. She had the implants placed under the muscle with a "lollipop" lift. The scars are healing well and will improve for 2 years. Her preoperative height is 5 feet 3 inches and weight is 146 lbs. She has four children.
