Can dermal fillers be reversed if I don’t love the look?
Most fillers we use for men are hyaluronic acid–based and can be dissolved with an enzyme (hyaluronidase) to refine or fully reverse the result. If a non-HA product was used, we’ll discuss the best strategy to adjust shape as it settles. Either way, our approach is conservative and sculpted in stages to minimize the need for reversal.
How should I prep before my appointment?
Come in with clean skin and, if we’re treating the jawline or chin, a fresh shave helps with precise mapping. To reduce bruising, avoid alcohol and strenuous workouts for 24 hours prior, and skip blood-thinning meds/supplements (only with your physician’s okay). Tell us about any recent dental work, illness, or cold sores so we can time your treatment for the safest experience.
Can fillers be paired with other treatments for a more “chiseled” result?
Absolutely. Many men combine fillers with neuromodulators to relax overactive muscles, or with skin-tightening and texture treatments to sharpen definition. We’ll build a phased plan so each modality complements the next—prioritizing a strong, masculine profile that still looks like you.
How do you keep results natural and undetectable?
We work with male facial anatomy—angles, shadow lines, and proportions—using measured product amounts and a stepwise approach. Expect subtle improvements at first, with the option to layer in small touch-ups once initial swelling settles. The goal is “you, but sharper,” not overfilled.
